Helping people make great property decisions for 30 years

Following decades of experience in international finance and property management, Stephanie Igoe and Theo Florent established Prestige Property in 2016. Both shared a passion for helping clients make great decisions and with their collective experience, they offered a uniquely independent perspective on the Irish property market. Since their formation, the company has gone from strength to strength, combining Stephanie’s people skills and operations-expertise with Theo’s strategic thinking and real-estate insight.

Stephanie Igoe

Lettings/ property management

Having spent her early career working for many high-profile companies, including The Law Society (UK), The Insurance Ombudsman Bureau (UK), The Bank of Montreal (CA), and CCI Triad (Irl), Stephanie brings a wealth of experience to Prestige Property. Years of proven expertise in managing lettings portfolios gives her an in-depth knowledge of property investment, focusing on maximizing return ratios.

Stephanie is deeply involved with her local community and holds a number of community and voluntary roles in Longford. She has a BA from McMaster University, Ontario, Canada

Theo Florent

Sales

Theo began his career in the 1990’s managing a portfolio of commercial and residential property for one of Dublin’s top investment property companies for nearly a decade.

Specialising in block & facilities management, property acquisitions, and new-build projects, he built on this experience with a successful six-year contract for a leading property firm before launching Prestige Property in 2016. Theo holds a BA in Economics from the University of Westminster, London.
